1 SNY New York Traditional Cheesecake Mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
One 8-ounce tub of whipped topping (e.g. Cool Whip) any variety
One 8-ounce block cream cheese, any fat content
1 graham cracker pie shell.
Place all pie ingredients in a large mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Spoon into pie shell and chill one hour or longer. Top with additional whipped topping, if desired, and a sprinkling of nutmeg or cinnamon.
No rolling, no baking! Make this delicious dessert in about two minutes. Whew!
