Savor New York's Buttermilk Pancake Mix makes delicious golden flapjacks, just waiting for good New York State maple syrup. Our mix is based on Brenda Berstler's original pancake recipe served at her Savor New York Bed and Breakfast, Bryn Brooke Manor, in Cooperstown, NY.
Directions are given to make pancakes a la Bryn Brooke, or to make the great Baltimore Oriole's centerfielder Paul Blair's Sure Catch Blueberry Pancakes, featured in the first edition of Home Plate. Or, to keep our pancakes very simple and delicious, just add water and mix! 1.5 pound bag (24 ounces)
