SchoolHouse Kitchen Mustard

As the label says, this very interesting mustard is smoot, sweet, and hot. Very smooth, just sweet enough, and teasingly hot, without being demonic. At first taste test, this mustard reminded me of my Aunt Geneva's deviled eggs, a family favorite. The explanation is found in the list of ingredients - the base for this unique mustard is pasteurized eggs!

Fantastic as a pretzel dip and wonderful on sandwiches and in recipes. Try rubbing it on chicken breasts or fish filets before rolling in bread crumbs and frying/baking.
