Raspberry Sublime
Mix Raspberry Cheesecake mix with 8 ounces cream cheese (any fat content) and 8 ounces whipped topping (any fat content) and 2 tablespoons raspberry liqueur.
Cover the bottom of a shortbread crumb or graham cracker crumb crust with raspberry jam, or your choice of complementary flavor. Pile prepared cheesecake filling into pie shell and smooth top. Dot with more jam, or fudge sauce, and make pretty swirls. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
